Purpose of Processing:
Processing of images for access control and surveillance of facilities.
Data Retention:
In the absence of incidents, data will be retained for a maximum period of one month.
In the case of an act that threatens the integrity of people, property, or facilities, the data will be made available to the competent authority within a maximum period of 72 hours and will be deleted.
If an incident occurs that could lead to any liability for HOTEL LAS ARTES, the data will be kept for the duration of the prescription period of the legal actions that may arise.
Legitimacy of Processing:
The images/sounds captured by the video surveillance systems will be erased within a maximum period of one month from their capture. Legal Reference (Instruction 1/2006, of November 8, from the Spanish Data Protection Agency, on the processing of personal data for surveillance purposes using cameras or video cameras).
The recordings will be destroyed within a maximum of one month from capture, unless they are related to serious or very serious criminal or administrative infractions in public security matters, an ongoing police investigation, or an open judicial or administrative procedure. Legal Reference (Article 8 of Organic Law 4/1997, of August 4, on the use of video cameras by law enforcement in public places).
Recipients of the Data:
Your data may be communicated to the Security Forces, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and Courts in compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on citizen security and Organic Law 6/1985, of July 1, on the Judicial Power.
Transfers of Data to Third Countries:
No international data transfers will be made.
Rights of the Data Subject:
– Access: The right to obtain confirmation on whether we are processing your personal data or not, to know what data we have, for what purpose it is being used, how long it will be kept, its origin, and if it has been or will be communicated to a third party.
– Cancellation: The right to request the deletion of personal data when it is inadequate, excessive, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including the right to be forgotten.
– Suppression: The right to request the suppression of personal data when it is inadequate, excessive, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including the right to be forgotten.
– Portability: The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, as long as it is technically feasible.

To exercise your rights, please submit your request in writing along with a photocopy of your identification document, and send it to the email address: direccion@lasartes.es. Right to File a Complaint with the Supervisory Authority:
If your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint by writing to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at Jorge Juan, 6-28001 Madrid, or using the electronic office: https://sedeagpd.gob.es. In both cases, you should include the necessary documentation.
